Continuous Improvement

Continuous improvement is a permanent goal for Green Agro, documented and monitored through the ISO 9001:2008 procedures that our company implements.

Through training and development Green Agro has managed to increase its added value.

Every new customer has a set of requirements that need to be addressed. This process enriches Green Agro’s knowledge and skills.

Other examples of continuous improvement tasks in Green Agro are:
A) Internal training programmes for the handling of all logistics machinery and equipment especially regarding fork lift trucks complying with the latest standards.
B) Demarcated procedure in every new client approach in a “plan, do, check, act” logic, partially followed-up in our further co-operation resulting to customisation of services which is a “must for us”.
C) Internal training courses for ADR handling to drivers and other workers.
